At Vieamira.nl we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we work with a network of suppliers, delivery times may vary. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery conditions.

Shipping Locations and Delivery Times

• Shipping areas : We only ship within the Netherlands and to Belgium, unless otherwise stated on the product.
  Please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or busy delivery services.
  
• Delivery time: 3 to 6 working days
  We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 6 business days . Because each product is personalized with care and attention, we take the time to ensure that your order meets the highest quality standards. As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped immediately and you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

• Postage costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your delivery address.
  • We offer free shipping on orders over €50 . Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.
    

• Track your order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your order. This number will be emailed to you once the order has left the warehouse.
  • Please note that it can sometimes take several days for tracking information to be updated.
    

  • Customs Duties and Taxes

    • Customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply to orders shipped to countries outside the EU. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the products or the shipping costs.
    • We recommend that you inquire with your local customs office about any additional charges upon receiving your package.

    Loss or Damage to Orders

    • In case of loss or damage to your order, please contact us immediately at info@vieamira.nl . We will investigate the matter and provide a solution.
