1. How can I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Add the desired products to your shopping cart, click "Checkout" and follow the steps to complete your order. You can pay via various payment methods, including iDEAL, credit card and PayPal.

2. Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled. Please ensure you check your order carefully before placing it. If you have accidentally placed an incorrect order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to find a solution.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for orders over €50. For orders under €50, shipping costs of €4.95 will be charged. Shipping costs may vary depending on destination.

4. How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders placed and paid before 6pm will be shipped the same day. Otherwise your order will be shipped the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

5. Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days , as long as the products are in their original condition. Returns are free for orders within the Netherlands. Please see our returns policy for more information on the returns process.

6. How can I exchange a product?

If you want to exchange a product, you can do so by returning it and reordering the desired product. Send us an email to indicate the exchange so we can help you with the process.

7. How can I use a discount code?

Discount codes can be entered during the checkout process, on the page where you choose your payment method. Enter the code in the box provided and click "Apply" to apply your discount to your order.

8. What should I do if I have not received my order?

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us by email or phone. We will check the status of your order and help you further.

9. Can I have my order sent to a different address?

Yes, during the checkout process you can enter a different shipping address. This is ideal if you want to send the product as a gift to someone else.

10. Is my data safe on this website?

Yes, we take the security of your personal data seriously. All payments are processed via a secure connection (SSL) and we never share your data with third parties, except when this is necessary for the delivery of your order.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

We only offer shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium.
