Returns and Refund Policy
Vieamira is a subsidiary of Degrijpshop.
We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Email your name and order number to info@vieamira.nl and we will confirm your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a return being requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and resolve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products, for example). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return is accepted.
Legal 14-day cooling-off period in the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving any reason. As above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know if the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
Please contact us at info@vieamira.nl if it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and "if reasonably possible" in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To use this right, you can contact us. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are specially made for you, such as products that had to be printed on your request. For example, a punching bag with your logo. Or a punching bag stand made on your instructions. The right of withdrawal does not apply. The sale is hereby final after successful payment.
